$200 due within 2 weeks of booking; $10 per child activity fee due the day of the party, based on actual attendance

100% refund of $200 for cancellations received 2 weeks prior to event date

50% refund for cancellations received 1 week prior to event date
Activities
Hands-On Museum
All of our parties include time for guests to experience our Hands-On Museum. We have fish, hermit crabs, mantises, microscopes, fossils, marble runs, gears and pulleys, pendulums, LiteBrites, plasma balls, electromagnets and electrical circuits, LEGO Robotics, chess, a science library and a craft lab. At least two Experiment staff are present to facilitate.
In addition, guests choose another hour-long, staff-led activity. Options include:
Booking Information
1. During the booking process we try to respond to requests within 1-2 business days (with the exception of Mondays as we are closed). If you do not see a response from us, please check your spam folder.
2. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a service agreement and invoice from Experiment PDX.
3. Due to our volume inquiries we recommend booking at least one month in advance to your party date, as bookings have been filling up quickly.
